		<description>No chance at least not a single nation..the number of net users in different countries is different..so will all these people from different countries accept the differences that are bound to arise.

May be we should have some kind of &quot;constitution&quot; set of rules to define such a nation. Its really needed..i mean a blogistan</description>

No I don´t thinks so. Not more than Ham radio could. There are wars or at least skirmishes fought on the internet today, every day. So unless it is a civil war it rules the possibility out.</description>
