GNU Common Lisp and Steel Bank Common Lisp are implemantations of ANSI Common Lisp dialect of Lisp, like other: CMUCL, Allegro Common Lisp, OpenMCL. And existing dialects, that aren't dead, are ANSI Common Lisp, Emacs Lisp and Scheme. There isn’t such a thing as ANSI Lisp.
